Can I cancel my order?

We assemble your order with great care and do our very best to ship it out quickly.
If for any reasons you decide to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible with a maximum of 24 hours after your purchase.
Please keep in mind we can only accept cancelation for orders that are not shipped yet.

What is your Return Policy?

In case you would like to return one or multiple items or exchange them, please contact us within 3 days after receiving your order and return the item(s) within 14 days after receiving them. Items will be refunded once we received them in good condition. This service is only available for domestic orders. Orders outside of Vietnam cannot be returned due to additional fees and taxes that we need to pay in order to receive the return.

How about damaged goods?

Every piece is carefully finished and tightly packed before being shipped out. However, it is a long journey for it to get to you, so there may be unwanted damages. 
When you receive your order, please check carefully if everything arrived undamaged and if all items function appropriately.
When you notice a defect or damage, please let us know within 48 hours after receiving the items, along with photos of outside packages, product(s), and all shipping labels, so that we can file a claim if necessary.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes! We try our best to work with carrier services that can get our products to as many of you in the world, the safest and fastest as possible. Please keep in mind the ongoing pandemic may affect the delivery time to certain destinations. We will keep constant updates on your order. Also, we are not responsible for any customs and import duties. Please reach out if you have any concerns.

Do you take commissions?

Yes! We're excited that you like our style. Let's work together to create the perfect piece that caters to your needs. Contact us with a little information about yourself and your idea. It could be as detailed as size, location, colors, budget, or as vague as "Hi, I'm interested" and we'll work from there.

How do I care for the piece?

It doesn't take much to care for the piece, just common sense, and much of love. Each and every package comes with detailed care instruction, so please take a look when you open your package, and refer to it when you need to. Also, we're always here when you have any questions.
